chapter one

She lives a normal life. she does everyday things, goes to school, listens to music, has lots of friends.... but what they didnt know is that she is totally different from them. yet she doesnt know it yet.....


Chapter one - The Good Life


"seriously! oh my gosh! thats amazing! i cant belive you got to see them.. im so jealous" i could hear Hayley and Rosie's conversation going on in the background but i really wasnt listening... i was off in my own world.. as usual, this is what im always like in the mornings.

i focused my attention on my locker and opening it. it had lots of posters and stickers stuck on the walls, mostly Three Days Grace, All Time Low and all of my other favourite bands. i took out my books i would need for today and stuffed them into my backpack. this was going to be a boring day...

"Hey..hello? HEYYYY! RORY! EARTH TO RORY!" i could hear Hayley shouting at me.
"huh?" i asked really not paying much attention,
"the bell just wrang, if we dont go now we'll miss first period.. and if we do?"
"yeah,yeah.. Mrs.Williams will kill us," Hayley had habbits of saying that every morning,
"sure, whatever... but we really need to go!" Rosie was just about ready to run for it.
"sure,sure.."

we walked up the three stories of stairs and finally reached our classroom. phew. not late..
what i really dont get is that if you come in right behind her she marks you late. so apparently if she cant see you in the classroom like one second before the bell she marks you late =.='

"Hayley?"
"here.."
"Rory?"
....silence....
"RORY?!"
"huh?" i look around me, "oh.. here."
"hmph," Mrs Willams hates me, i thought.

the day passed more quickly than i'd imagined and before i know it, it was lunch.
i lifted my food tray and bought a soda, ham bap and an apple. i didnt have much of an appitite today..
"
i think somethings up with Rory shes more out of it than ever!" hayley was saying.
i stood behind her chair with my eyebrow raised,
"oh really?" i said with a sarcastic tone, "good to know!"
Tom burst out in a fit of laughter and i think a few people looked over, he was quite cute when he laughed plus hot when he didnt ^U^
"only looking out for you," Hayley turned around to face me with a cheesy grin stuck on her face.
i guess i could never live with out my friends.. and i suppose mabye i have been drifting away from them.. i just didnt realize so thanks Hayley.
i let out a little giggle and sat down beside Anna.
"dont feel offended, you know how Hayley is.." anna whispered in my ear..
"oh, i know.."
Anna smiled and looked away and talked with Gary..
there was so many people at my table theres, Tom, Hayley, me, Rosie,Anna, Gary, Laurel, Sam(man),Sam(girl) and the twins Malinda and Marissa. Hannah and Lily where off today.
"so.. anyone up for the movies tonight?" Tom asked,
"Gary.. do you want to go?" Anna asked,
"No,Sorry.. i have to help my mum pack her stuff for her holiday."
"Okay.. im not going to go, should i come round and help?"
"umm.. if you want to?"
"kay! so two ruled out," Tom said,
"i'll go."Rosie said,
"Sorry, i cant go.. i've got a date," Hayley said, winking.
"guess i'll go, dude. dont want you to be going with all girls," Sam(m) said.
"Can i come?" Sam(F) asked,
"sure," tom smiled.
"me and Marissa cant go, we've got football practice, right?" Maranda said.
"yeah.. sorry guys but we've got a match coming up.." Marissa added.
"I'll go plus i texted Hannah, shes not going, nor Lily.." Laurel said talking directly to Tom, her cousin.
"umm, Do you mind if i go?" i asked,
"Sure we dont!" Tom must have been happy to have more people going, so out of 13 people six people were only going.. thats pretty lame.. :/
